Hi, this is a great question. These are some suggestions that I could provide:

1) Writing a Journal- gives a lot of insight into one-self

2) Being aware of the present, being Mindful. Mindfulness is a powerful tool and if practiced regulary, it can be of great help.

3) Challenging oneself to learn new things. It's like 'Brain Workout' where one could do the usual things in the not so usual ways. Like, as simple as brushing one's teeth with the non-dominant hand. This helps a person have more creative thinking.

4) Practicing Gratitude- This is one of the excellent ways to bring in positive frame of mind.

5) Spending some quality time with oneself. For example, doing brisk walking, spending time in the nature, nurturing a new hobby etc.
