At Reevin, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality therapy services. To ensure that you receive the care and attention that you deserve, we have established the following appointment booking and cancellation policy:
- Appointment Booking:
- To schedule an appointment, you may do so exclusively through our secure online portal at https://reevin.com/.
- To secure your booking, we require prior payment for your selected therapist’s services. This ensures that you have reserved your preferred time and the therapist's schedule has been reserved for you.
- Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and text message.
- Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you to reschedule from your dashboard at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
- In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will also be charged the full session fee.
- If your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, they will notify you as soon as possible. They will also offer an alternative appointment time, which will be mutually agreed upon with you.
- Late Arrivals:
- We understand that sometimes unexpected events may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that if you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full session fee.
- If your therapist is running late, they will extend the session to make up for any lost time.
