Hello, I can only imagine the amount of stress and emotional turmoil that you are experiencing currently. Firstly, thank you for sharing your story. I hope that you have received your diagnosis from a psychiatrist in the past and have been taking medications for the BPD symptoms that you mentioned about. If not please do consult a psychiatrist to confirm the diagnosis and take medications for the same. BPD in itself can make you to go through emotional dysregulation but it can be coped with. With regards to your husband's condition I'm truly sorry that your family is going through this but I hope that he gets a little better with time. I know that it is getting difficult for you to support him but do appreciate the little things that you are doing for him despite the feelings that you are experiencing. Journey as a caregiver in itself can make one experience a realm of emotions that can be overwhelming. I feel that you should try and reach out for therapy so that you can not only work on your BPD symptoms but also the other stressors of your life. This would help you attain skills to be able to better cope in life. All the difficult experiences your past can also be explored and worked on in the therapeutic space. This would help you attain skills to be able to better cope in life. Other than that, I wish you more strength. Take care and thank you once again for sharing.

Hello,
Hope you have consulted a physician for your joint pain. There is nothing abnormal in finding it difficult to the tolerate the pain. I can only imagine how painful it might be for you, but I would recommend that you do some activities to distract yourself or something you enjoy in the morning because that is the time when you encounter the most difficulty.
It would also help for you to reflect on the times that you have felt good despite the joint ache being there. The aim behind this would be for you to realise that you can feel better despite the pain.
Do not keep yourself from being happy because such moments could help sustain your mental health while you work on bettering your physical health.
I hope your pain subsides, take care.

Thanks for sharing your journey and I am sure that it will give hope and strength to others.
I loved how you mentioned that seeking help and knowing about ones mental health is important but a willingess and determination to change is integral.
And the fact that you have created your affirmation that keeps you going is motivating to make others also create their own self-talk to get through challenges.
I hope you continue growing. Take care
